about my lost account

Hello! I got a reply back from bandori regarding my lost account and the inquiry form I gave them. They said that my username didn't match with the information I gave and asked for more information. So I was wondering if anyone here who lost their account and were able to retrieve it back could help me respond to this? I gave as much information as I could, but I don't exactly remember what rank I was in last time I played. (It was a while since I played because of bad Internet connection.) But I do remember the range of what rank I was in (between 139-141.) I put 140 in the inquiry form, but I guess that wasn't it? Do I need to know the exact rank?
