Just quick question is it possible to get back an account with only gmail? I forgot my player id and Idk what to do

So Much just recently come back to the game bcs I left like mid 2022 and when I tried to back up my account it kept saying that I Don't have any data so I was very confused I tried to take my account back by answering the things but the thing is it's been a while since I left so I forgot almost everything including my player id, etc.. but the only thing I remember is participating on the event called summer crisis I literally grind to get lock and chu² cards there I also got ran's bday card too but they say they can't give any account without player id (understandable) but idk what to do I created a new account and its making me feel empty just thinking my favorite cards will probably not coming back and I spent hours to that account that I will never get back
