I lost both my Bandori JP account and my D4DJ main account, so to comfort myself I decided to start fresh in JPdori. Honestly I'm not upset about losing the JP acc bc I didnt use it that much, however with the D4DJ acc is another story. I contacted support but they cannot verify my identity due to how little information I provided (bc I dont remember qwq) I replied back providing a really old screenshot to see if that works but at this point I might quit D4DJ entirely regardless.
